Pressure Cooker/Canner

I'm looking for a pressure cooker/canning system or even just the equipment required for canning with a simple water bath. Anyone have one they'd like to sell? Leave a comment or email me directly. Thanks!

I'm not sure what you are thinking about canning, but I canned for the first time last year in a water bath without any extra equipment. The tongs for getting the jars out would make it easier. I know some things are probably better canned in canning system. Good luck!

Hmmm... Want to come show me how it's done, Christina? I've read up on it, but still feel nervous about going it at alone. I think you're right, that I should go ahead and can using the water bath method without all the extras.

When in Ukraine, I borrowed this set from a friend, and used the big pots I had for a water bath:

I would definitely spend the $10 for that set now. The jar lifter and wide-mouth funnel would be what I wanted/needed from the set.
