“Schwarzenegger’s ‘girlie men’ line under fire”
This is news? According to the article, some Democrats are protesting the comment as “sexist and homophobic.” Oh no… Someone shoot me now. Actually, I wasn’t aware that these lawmakers have the ability to claim what a homosexual does and doesn’t think about a particular choice of words!! How exasperating. Poor journalist who had to cover this story… I think of my dear friend Haley Wachdorf and know that usually such professionals don’t choose their topics!

You would think that with part of their state on fire due to a bird running into a power line, California would have plenty to keep them busy. But no. Rebecca, you are right, pity the journalist who has to write or speak about the Governator’s most recent verbal flub, especially if this person is expected to keep a straight face while doing so. At times I think it must be vastly entertaining to cover Arnold … I mean who else would even think about calling his legislative opponents “girlie men?” That’s just hilarious.
