I look at this picture and think, God is good! Jeremy and I waited to be parents. Mom and Dad waited to be grandparents. And here we are today, happily raising one Livia Tredway, praising God for allowing us this privilege.

This is really a lovely picture, but I’ve been bugged by the silly bug all day thinking about Livia’s facial expression. It just wants to be captioned.
“Cheerio! Right here! I’m ready!”
or
“uuuh. Is Grandpa going to give me that Cheerio or not?”
or
“What’s that…thing?”

I’ve got sad news for ya, Diber… This used to be Livia’s most common facial expression! It’s now her default “duuuuu-uh” look that she gives when she’s overstimulated.

Well, maybe what she thinks about all the time is “Cheerio, right here, I’m ready!” then. :) Patiently waiting…
